This is not my usual post, but a call. An invitation to those who feel the shift, who sense that something is ending.
I recently wrote about a disturbance in the field—a growing instability in our systems, our relationships, and our inner lives. What once felt like background noise now rings like a bell. This post is that bell.

I’ve been writing, speaking, and walking alongside leaders and seekers who feel the same disturbance in our countries, companies and communities. It is clear that we are living through an epochal shift. Our systems, our cultures—and even our inner compasses—are exhausted.
And yet, it’s not all chaos and collapse. I have also felt something stirring in the searching and the seeking for what is next. In every conversation, I hear a desire to get to the other side of whatever this is. A movement is starting.
This is not about activism or ideology, performance or politics. It’s about helping something emerge, with those who are willing to cross the water between what is ending and what is being born.
If you feel that disturbance and that stirring,
we would like to hear your story.
I’m creating a small space for a big conversation. Just a few people to listen and to learn, to see and make sense: together.
If you feel like you are standing on the edge and being called to step out …
If you sense the ways of leading, working and relating are no longer up to the task ..
If you long for something deeper, and know you cannot get there alone …
Then you are invited.
Not to a workshop or a strategy session, but to a single, unfiltered conversation with six to ten others who sense this epochal shift.
This is a gathering for those who feel that moment has arrived.
The first Conversation at the Edge will take place next week: Thursday 10 April, 6.00 am-8.00 am AEST, (Sydney). That’s Wednesday 9 April late evening in Europe and afternoon in the US. We will meet on zoom with cameras on and minds open.

I’ve been wrestling with this shift for a long time, and have some ideas about what to do. But I want to hear yours too.
I’m looking forward to meeting.
